I started my entrepreneurial journey in 2007 to have more positive impacts as a nurse practitioner. At the time, I underestimated how difficult it would be to manage the unrelenting demands. As a result, I experienced so much exhaustion and discomfort that I often questioned if doing all I was doing was worth the costs.

After years of frustration, I've finally learned to reach a proactive response state with greater energy, mental clarity, wellness, easy solutions, and well-being. 

Although I've cared for and taught thousands of people as a former nurse practitioner, I'm now making greater impacts after training and gaining certifications from HeartMath Institute, Chopra Center & Watson Caring Science Institute. 

In 2022, I co-founded the Academy of Well-Being and authored Self-Caring, so courageous professionals seeking thriving futures have a clear path. My passion is helping people who care about helping people, communities, and nature because the journey to total well-being is quicker and easier with an experienced guide and group.
